A. No. This program focuses on BizDev/PM capabilities. An interest in technology-driven business is helpful, but an engineering background is not required.
A. Japanese lessons and Tech Leadership & Future Skills Development will be delivered primarily in Ukrainian. Program communication and some materials may be in English.
A. We recommend approximately B2 level (or equivalent) so you can comfortably participate in international communication.
A. No. You do not need Japanese at the start. You should have a strong motivation to learn Japanese and participate consistently.
A. The program is free of charge.
A. Some participants may be considered for early assignment if their skills and experience strongly match specific project needs (for example, healthcare- or medical-related expertise). This is not guaranteed and depends on project requirements and candidate profiles.
A. Yes, as long as you can commit to the schedule across the six-month period.
